How we hire & train
Every teacher is trained in one philosophy: guide with love.
Love-first training
New staff are trained to guide with affection and patience — never harsh discipline or corporal punishment.
Health & hygiene certified
All caregivers are trained in food hygiene and safety for the daily meals every child receives.
Low child-to-carer ratio
Small group sizes across every age band mean every child gets individual attention, every day.
